SHIPPING & RETURNS.

SHIPPING :

Once your order has been handmade and is ready to be shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We try our very best to hand make and ship your orders as quickly as possible, however if you have a special event date or need a certain product urgently please leave a note in our comment section before checkout.

All orders either shipped via regular or express post will require a signature on delivery ,if you are not home or at the premises at time of delivery your package will be taken to the local post office for later pickup.

if you would like us to Leave at front door or in a safe place , please let us know in the comment section.

EXPRESS POST -

Express post is usually next business day delivery to all major cities in Australia EXCLUDING Perth, please allow an extra 1-2 business days for Express post delivery to WA.

REGULAR POST - 

Regular shipping takes approx. 2-5 business days within Australia, please allow extra time during peak seasons eg. Christmas and any Public holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -

Shipping times will vary depending on which international country, please allow any where from 10-15 business days for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE : We are not responsible for any duties or taxes once it reaches your country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS-

 Please keep in mind our products are hand made and are not made by machine, therefore each piece may slightly differ and all products should be handled with care.

We are happy to process a Refund for any products that are faulty, if you are unhappy with your product please contact us via email : bellarowz@outlook.com with a photo of the faulty product. we will get back to you asap to resolve the issue, and process any refunds minus the shipping cost.

PLEASE NOTE- all returns must be sent back within 5 - 7 business days of order being received by customer. 

Unfortunately with any custom handmade products we can not refund due to change of mind.

 RETURNS-

If you are not happy with your item and wish to return the product for a refund, exchange or store credit please contact us for our returns shipping address and details.An extra shipping cost will be charged to send out NEW product.

We do not do exchanges on any custom made products including large wall pieces.
